Hello world!
Somebody lured me into PICO-8 world recently. A game jam quickly lead to another side quest and here I am now, offering a small album worth of chiptunes as an executable musicdisk...
The album can be found in the mainstream streaming services as well from Dec 12, 2024 onwards. The full experience ofc can be found only through the original executable form :)
I recommend the downloadable binaries for 100% sound accuracy. But the web player should be good enough for most parts.

congrats on release! i like the leitmotif throughout. unsung heroes is great. u should submit some of these for playback on radico8!

Unfortunately it appears that radico8 would not support my cart as it is. Took a peek into the codes and it seems to be only loading song/sfx data from the dedicated cart memory area, whereas my song data is actually in the code and dynamically loaded to the sfx/song mem. Maybe I could do a "radio edit" for some songs, meaning a cart with that song loaded in place... Or maybe I could patch my cart to have one of the songs in the dedicated mem area to be able to submit at least that for the radio play... So, if I were to pick a single song for radio play, what would it be?
Oh, yeah, it only works if the audio data lives in cart ROM. If I had to pick one, I’d go with Unsung Heroes, but you have many good candidates here!
